SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship exclusively to the following destinations: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, and Mexico.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (HKT - Hong Kong Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Handling Time: 3 - 5 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checking, and packaging.
Transit Time: Standard Shipping takes 7 - 15 business days; Express Shipping takes 5 - 8 business days (Monday to Friday).

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your package.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Shipping Costs: If returning for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size/style selected), the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, Shenzhen Shuhan Technology Co., Ltd. will cover or reimburse all return shipping costs.
No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for processed returns.
