  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (HKT - Hong Kong Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Handling Time (3 - 5 Business Days): This duration includes order data verification, strict product quality inspection, and secure packaging.

  • Transit Time: Starts from the moment the package is handed over to our international logistics carriers until it arrives at your doorstep.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (No Hidden Fees)

  • Taxes Included: All prices displayed on Outhats are fully inclusive of sales tax, VAT, and import duties. Customers will not be charged any additional or hidden tax fees upon checkout or delivery.

5. Order Tracking

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
