• Transit Time: Starts from the moment the package is handed over to our international logistics carriers until it arrives at your doorstep.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (No Hidden Fees)

• Taxes Included: All prices displayed on Outhats are fully inclusive of sales tax, VAT, and import duties. Customers will not be charged any additional or hidden tax fees upon checkout or delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address automatically. You can monitor your shipment status in real-time.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

• If a package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate a claim and process a replacement or refund for you.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the exact date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Must be in its original packaging.

• Must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

• Must include all original tags, labels, and inserts.

3. Return Shipping Fees & Responsibilities

Who pays for the return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

• Customer’s Responsibility (Personal Reasons / Remorse): If you wish to return an item due to personal preferences (e.g., "change of mind," "don't like the style," or "wrong size selected"), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

• Outhats’ Responsibility (Defective or Incorrect Items): If the item arrives defective, damaged during transit, or if the wrong product was sent by our mistake, Outhats will cover all return shipping costs. Upon receiving and verifying your returned package, we will issue a full refund including both the original product cost and the return shipping fees incurred.

• No Restocking Fee: Outhats does not charge any restocking fees or administrative fees for processed returns.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Outhats cannot guarantee or issue refunds for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
